- City Council Structure: Douglas City Council members are elected at-large to represent the entire community.
- Primary Election Date: Mark your calendars for Primary Election Day on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
- Nonpartisan Ballots: Municipal city council seats are nonpartisan, appearing on all primary ballots regardless of political party affiliation.
- Where to Register: You can register to vote at the Converse County Clerk’s Office in Douglas or at your polling place on election day.
